TERMS & CONDITIONS – SUDS OF ORIGIN PACKAGE

1. General

1.1. The Suds of Origin Package is offered by Suds Car Spa and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. By purchasing or redeeming this package, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. Suds Car Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate this package at any time without prior notice, provided that existing customers who have already purchased the package will not be affected.

2. Package Inclusions & Validity

2.1. The Suds of Origin Package includes:

• Luxe Car Wash – A premium wash for a showroom finish.

• Cut & Polish – Restores shine and protects your vehicle’s paint.

2.2. The package price is $200 (incl. GST).

2.3 Pricing Adjustments

Whilst the package price is set at $200, this amount is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle's paintwork for cut & polish. If additional work is required to achieve the desired result, customers will be informed prior to any adjustments in pricing. Suds Car Spa reserves the right to assess the vehicle and determine any necessary additional costs before proceeding with the service.

2.4 The package is valid for purchases made between 1 March 2025 and 18 May 2025.

2.4. All bookings must be scheduled within this period (1 March 2025 – 18 May 2025). Any unused services will be forfeited after this date.

2.5. The package is non-transferable and can only be used for the vehicle registered at the time of booking.

2.6. Services must be redeemed during regular business hours at participating Suds Car Spa locations.

3. Payment & Refunds

3.1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3.2. The package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

3.3. Discounts, promotions, or loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with this package unless otherwise specified.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

4.1. Bookings are required and must be scheduled in advance within the valid package period.

4.2. Customers must provide notice for cancellations and will forfeit the entry into the draw

4.3. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in the service being forfeited without a refund.

4.4. Any unused services after 18 May 2025 will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

5. Liability & Service Guarantee

5.1. Suds Car Spa takes all reasonable precautions to provide quality service; however, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to paint, trim, or interior defects.

• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

• Damage resulting from aftermarket modifications or fragile vehicle components.

5.2. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify Suds Car Spa within 24 hours of service completion for a resolution.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. Suds Car Spa is not responsible for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen staff shortages.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

7.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
