- Membership suspensions must be submitted in writing with 2 weeks notice
- Upfront membership payments begins at time of purchase for 12 months
- Direct debit payments can continue for any desired length of time
- If membership paid upfront 1 x Luxe Service
- Suds Car Spa reserves the right to close sites due to inclement weather or equipment issues
- Please note that all Suds sites close on public holidays each year. No membership credit will be issued for these days

- Temporary transfers are not permitted for periods less than one month
