Terms of Service
1. General
1.1. By using the services of Suds Car Spa, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.2. “Suds Car Spa,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refers to the business and its staff. “You,” “your,”
and “the customer” refers to the individual or entity receiving services.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Agreement
2.1. Suds Car Spa provides hand car wash, detailing, and related automotive care services as
per the selected service package.
2.2. All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
2.3. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires extra cleaning (e.g., pet hair,
excessive dirt, mud, or sand removal).
3. 24-Hour Feedback & Rewash Policy
3.1. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service
provided, you must notify Suds Car Spa within 24 hours of service completion.
3.2. Feedback or claims received after 24 hours will not be eligible for any rewash, credit, or
refund.
3.3. To lodge a feedback or claim, customers must email hello@sudscarspa.com.au or speak
directly with the site manager.
3.4. A rewash may be offered at our discretion if a genuine service issue is identified.
3.5. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-existing Damage
4.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform our team of any pre-existing damage or
concerns prior to the commencement of the service.
4.2. Suds Car Spa will not be held liable for:
• Pre-existing damage (including paint defects, scratches, chips, rust, faded paint, or
loose fittings).
• Any mechanical, electrical, or structural issues that arise during or after the service
that are unrelated to our work.
4.3. We may refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe or unsuitable for
washing/detailing.
5. Valuables & Personal Belongings
5.1. Customers are required to remove all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle
prior to service.
5.2. Suds Car Spa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property left in the
vehicle.
6. Liability
6.1. While all reasonable care is taken, Suds Car Spa is not liable for:
• Damage caused by age-related wear, poor paint condition, or aftermarket accessories.
• Malfunctions of automatic windows, mirrors, locks, alarms, or other systems.
6.2. Any liability, if accepted, will be limited to the cost of the original service.
7. Cancellations & No Shows
7.1. If you are unable to attend your booking, we require at least 2 hours’ notice.
7.2. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or result in forfeiting prepaid services.
8. Detailing Services – Additional Terms
8.1. Detailing services are carried out to a high standard; however, permanent stains,
scratches, oxidation, or other damage may not be fully removable.
8.2. Estimated timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on vehicle condition.
8.3. Paint correction, polishing, and interior shampooing results vary depending on the age
and condition of the vehicle.
8.4. Suds Car Spa will not be responsible for damage caused by rust, worn clear coats, or
aftermarket paintwork.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
9.1. Gift cards and promotional vouchers are valid until their stated expiry date and are not
redeemable for cash.
9.2. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
9.3. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
10. Right to Refuse Service
10.1. Suds Car Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion, including
but not limited to aggressive behaviour, unsafe vehicles, or unreasonable expectations.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
11.2. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law.
Suds Car Spa Competition | Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period: 1 February 2026 – 28 February 2026
Locations: Suds Car Spa, Mt Gravatt & Caboolture
1.1. Entry is open to all customers aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of Suds Car Spa, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
1.3. The promotion is valid only at Suds Car Spa Mt Gravatt and Caboolture locations.
2.1. To enter, participants must purchase, complete and pay for The Diamond Package at either Mt Gravatt or Caboolture locations during the campaign period.
2.2. Each Diamond Package purchased = 1 entry into the draw.
2.3. Entries are only valid when purchased during the campaign period: 01/02/2026 – 28/02/2026.
2.4. Entries are only valid for bookings made specifically for The Diamond Package during the Promotion Period.
3.1. The prize consists of 12 Legit Packages redeemable for car washes (1 package per wash). The Prize equates to one year’s worth of car washes, redeemable as 12 individual washes valued at $1140 AUD.
3.2. The prize is redeemable for one registered vehicle only. Registration details must be provided upon prize acceptance.
3.3. The prize cannot be transferred to another vehicle or person.
4.1. The winner will be drawn on 2 March 2026.
4.2. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Suds Car Spa reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5.1. Prize expires on 2 March 2027. All 12 washes must be redeemed before this date.
5.2. Washes are upgradable — Any price difference must be paid by the winner at the time of service.
5.3. Any unused washes after the expiry date will be forfeited.
5.4. The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
5.5. No refunds, credits, rollovers, or extensions will be provided for unused washes.
5.6. Washes may be used at either Mt Gravatt or Caboolture locations unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
6.1. No cash alternatives or substitutions are available.
6.2. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
6.3. Suds Car Spa reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6.4. Suds Car Spa accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
6.5. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.1. Suds Car Spa and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
7.2. Any personal costs associated with redeeming the prize (including upgrades) are the responsibility of the winner.
8.1. Personal information collected for this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with Suds Car Spa’s Privacy Policy.
