Suds Car Spa Competition | Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

1.1 The “Suds of Origin 2026” promotion is run by Suds Car Spa.

1.2 Promotion Period:

• Start: May 1, 2026
• End: June 30, 2026

1.3 Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

2.2 Employees of Suds Car Spa and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Customers will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every purchase of a “Suds of Origin” package during the promotional period.

3.2 Customers must pay for and complete the "Suds of Origin" package service within the campaign dates to be eligible.

3.3 Multiple entries are permitted with multiple purchases.

3.4 Entry is automatic upon purchase—no additional action is required.

4. The Offer – “Suds of Origin Package”

4.1 Package price: $200 (flat rate for all vehicle sizes)

4.2 Inclusions:

• Full exterior wash & hand wax 
• Professional cut & polish 
• Full interior detail & vacuum 
• Console, door jambs & window detailing 
• Premium tyre shine 
• + One (1) entry into the draw 

4.3 Package inclusions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

4.4 Add-on services are available for an additional cost.

5. Prize Details

5.1 Prize:

• Two (2) VIP tickets to State of Origin Game 3 (QLD)
• Total prize value: $750 AUD

5.2 The prize:

• Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash 
• Covers tickets only

5.3 The winner is solely responsible for:

• Transport to and from the event 
• Accommodation 
• Food, beverages, and any other expenses 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random.

6.2 Draw date: July 1, 2026

6.3 The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email.

6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, Suds Car Spa reserves the right to redraw.

7. Prize Conditions

7.1 If the winner is unable to attend the event:

• No compensation or cash alternative will be provided 

7.2 Suds Car Spa is not responsible for:

• Event cancellation, postponement, or changes 
• Any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize 

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.2 Suds Car Spa is not liable for:

• Technical issues, lost entries, or system errors 
• Any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or prize 

9. General Conditions

9.1 Suds Car Spa reserves the right to:

• Verify entries 
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process 
• Cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if required 

9.2 Any decisions made by Suds Car Spa are final.

10.1 Personal information collected will be used solely for:

• Administering the promotion 
• Contacting the winner 
• Additional future promotions unless specified 

10.2 Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
